SAINT PAUL, MN. – Monday, February 24 at 12:30 p.m., the House and Senate DFL, AG Ellison, and victim advocates will hold a press conference on the Trump Administration’s funding freeze and its disastrous effect on victim services. Even though the freeze was temporarily blocked by a federal judge, many of the funds are still frozen, meaning many advocacy groups will have to cut staff and services soon.
