Correct.

The Minnesota Constitution provides that the

Legislature may meet for 120 legislative days

in a two-year session. A legislative day is

defined as any day when either the full House

or the full Senate meet in session. Legislators used

75 legislative days in 2007 and 107 in

the 2009-10 biennium. Special session

days do not count toward the 120-day total.
