FRAUD PREVENTION AND STATE AGENCY OVERSIGHT POLICY

MINUTES

Representative Robbins, Chair of the Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on Monday, February 24, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson moved the minutes of February 17, 2025, be approved
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) presented on oversight of DHS-Licensed daycare facilities that receive Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP) Funding.

The presenters were:

Shireen Gandhi, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Tom Johnson, Deputy Inspector General, Program Integrity Oversight Division, Minnesota. Department of Human Services

Jennifer Sommerfeld, Director of State Government Relations, Minnesota Department of Children, Youth and Families.

Alyssa Dotson, Deputy Inspector General, Licensing Division, Minnesota Department of Human Services.




The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 AM.
